Incorrect Pay End Date and Date Paid when processing pays in Payroll Premier

Question

Why are the Pay End Date and the Date Paid incorrect for some employees when processing a payrun in Payroll Premier?  The dates appear to be today’s dates.

 

Answer

This issue may arise for Employees whose pay details were imported from a TimeSheet.

 

Workaround

Manually change the "Pay End Date" and "Date Paid" - under "Pay Dates" tab - before clicking "Process Pays" when doing the payrun.
