Cannot deselect columns from a Leave Accrual Summary Report

Question

Why can’t I deselect some columns from the Leave Accrual Summary Report?

 

Answer

Drag the width of the column to zero on the screen.

 

The Issue

You cannot deselect columns on the Leave Accrual Summary Report by unchecking the entry in the Display tab.

 

Workaround

Drag the width of the column to zero on the screen.

1.    Move the cursor onto the diamond that separates the column header – the cursor should turn into a cross

2.    Left click and hold down and drag leftwards to the next diamond

3.    The column will disappear

4.    If needed, memorise the report by clicking on the Memorise button and naming it and if needed saving it to a Memorised Report Group.
