Question

How do I delete a budget in QuickBooks?

Answer

To delete a budget:

  1. From the QuickBooks Company menu, choose Set Up Budgets.
  2. Select the appropriate information, which describes your budget in the Budget for Fiscal Year, Account, Customer:Job, and/or Class fields.
  3. Type 0 in the first month field of the Budget Amount section, click the Fill Down button, and then click OK to copy the zero amount to the other months.
  4. Click the Save button, and then click OK
