My Finances view is not refreshing

Question
When a new note is added to calendar it is not displayed on the My Finances page under the 'Alerts' field, how can I refresh this screen?
Answer
The My Finances screen will not refresh until Reckon Accounts is shut down and opened again.
To do this;
1) Select File menu > Exit.
2) Double click the Reckon Accounts shortcut to open the program again.
The My Finances screen will now be refreshed.
Also ensure that the Reminder Options are configured correctly to show calendar notes for the correct period. To edit this;
1) Select Edit menu > Options > Reminders.
2) From the drop-down list, select the value for an appropriate time period to display.
3) Click OK.
