Bank account options greyed out when importing Bankdata transactions into Reckon Accounts

Question

Why are the bank account options on the Select Bank Account screen greyed out when importing BankData transactions?  I click on the fields, but they remain grey.  The Continue button is greyed out.

Answer

Click on one of the radio buttons for existing bank account or create new Reckon account.

 

The issue

The Select Bank Account screen opens with all fields and the Continue button greyed out. 

 

Workaround

To activate the fields just click on the radio button (not in the field) for your preference:

  • Use an existing Reckon account; or
  • Create a new Reckon account.

The continue button will become active.
