Super Details missing in a newly created Employee

Question

My accountant entered a new employee onto my company file with all necessary payroll details.  Entered Super details are now missing.

Answer

Enter the super details onto the employee's record.

 

The Issue

Super details may be lost when a new employee is entered in the Accountants Copy.  When the changes are imported back to the original file not all details are transferred. 

Reckon apologises for the inconvenience this behaviour is causing.

Users should avoid entering super details for Employees in the Accountants Copy.

 

Workaround

Enter the super details directly into the employee record.
