Incorrect promotional discount is applied if promotional items have same non-promotional price

Why doesn’t POS calculate the promotional prices correctly?

This problem will occur if your promotion has a number of items with the same non-promotional price and include price levels.

When these items are sold together Terminal will process all the items at the promotional price of the second.

Workaround

Create separate promotions for each price level.
