Price search function not working properly after updating the price and transfer to Quickpos.

Question

Why when I change the price in Reckon Accounts and transfer to POS I still have the old prices?

Answer

If you Transfer price changes while the Product list is open in Administrator, you may need to refresh the list to view the changes.  

To do this either close and re-open the Product list or change the sort column by using your arrow keys.
