Why is the Next button greyed out when applying the QuickBooks 2008/09 Tax Table Update?Answer
This is due to the system not having a 'Registered to' name.
To resolve this;
From the Windows Start menu, select Run...
Type Regedit and click OK
Double click HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > SOFTWARE > Microsoft > Windows NT
Highlight the Current Version folder
From the right window, locate and right click RegisteredOwner and select Modify
Enter a name in the Value data field and click OK
From the File menu, select Exit
Re-apply the Tax Table Update
