No response when selecting Internet Connection Setup menu option.

Question

Why is there no response when I select the Edit menu, Internet Connection Setup option?

Answer

You can correct this by following the below steps:

1) Start Windows Explorer.

2) Locate the folder named Intuit, this folder is a sub-folder of your Windows installation folder. (This is usually stored on your C drive under a folder named Windows or Winnt, depending on your operating system.)

3) Select the Intuit folder and delete by right clicking your mouse and selecting delete from the drop-down menu. 4) Re-install Quicken 2002.

5) Register the program and also the subscription to the Stock Price Update. 6) Now select Internet Connection Setup.
