Deposit memo details entered in Accountant’s Copy does not get imported into the company file

Question

Why don’t the details of a deposit made by the Accountant in the Accountant’s Copy not import into my company file?

Answer

This issue is under investigation by our Product Development Team.

Workaround

1.    Printout a copy of the Accountant’s Export file (*.QBY) that shows the details of the transactions.

2.    Open the bank register and open the deposits made by the Accountant and insert the missing detail.
