Superannuation funds

Superannuation funds are used to identify the fund(s) employees have nominated to receive their superannuation payments. Each Superannuation Item needs to be associated with an employees fund, which allows the items to be used in the pay run.

There are two types of funds that can be configured, APRA regulated and Self Managed, commonly known as SMSF.


Adding an APRA regulated fund

  1. Select Settings
  2. Select Superannuation

Superannuation
  1. Select the Plus symbol in the top right corner
  2. Select APRA regulated
  3. Select Fund name. This will bring up a list of all the Superannuation funds registered with the ATO.
Select fund
  1. Select the fund followed by Done.
  2. Enter a Display name so it will be easy for you to identify
  3. Select Done


Adding a Self managed fund

  1. Select Settings
  2. Select Superannuation

Superannuation
  1. Select the Plus symbol in the top right corner
  2. Select Self managed
  3. Enter the Display name, Fund name, Electronic service address (ESA), and the funds Financial institution details.
  4. Select Done
    Add super fund

Viewing funds

Once the funds have been created you can view them in the Superannuation menu.
