Online Banking Centre for Reckon Accounts

It is recommended to only access your bank website in your computer.

About

To connect your bank data to Reckon Accounts, please log in to your bank in order to:

  1. Download your QIF file and save it to your computer;
  2. Upload your (.ABA) file


Importing QIF files

Please note that some banks may not support QIF files (used to import transactions into Reckon Accounts).
  1. Log in to your bank and export your transactions as a QIF file
  2. Download the QIF file and save it to your computer

  1. Go to Utilities > Import > Web Connect Files or Bank Statement Files
  2. Navigate to your local folders to select the downloaded QIF file

  1. Use the Upload icon from the floating toolbar
  2. Go to Utilities > Import > Web Connect Files or Bank Statement Files
  3. Navigate to your Q Drive > Upload folder to select the uploaded QIF file


Exporting ABA files

  1. In Reckon Accounts, go to Banking > Online Banking Centre
  2. Select Create ABA File after preview

  1. Navigate to a folder in your computer and save the ABA file
  2. Log in to your bank and upload the ABA file

  1. Navigate to your Q Drive or to a folder and save the ABA file
  2. Use the Download icon from the floating toolbar, navigate and select the saved file
  3. Choose a folder in your computer to save the ABA file
  4. Log in to your bank and upload the ABA file saved locally
