Question

Why doesn't my ABA File Balance?

Answer

This occurs when you create an ABA file and not all transactions listed in the Online Banking Centre are exported.

If there are gaps between the transactions you select in the Online Banking Summary the ABA file that is created will be out of balance - for instance, if you select the first two transactions, don't select the third and then select the fourth transaction in the list the ABA file that is created won't balance.

Make sure when you export an ABA that you select all transactions.
