About Reckon One plans

Types of Reckon One plans

There are 2 types of Reckon One plans:

  • Accounting plans, which allow you to manage the accounting side of your business including journals, bills and reporting, and are available in both Australia and New Zealand.
  • Payroll plans, which allow you to manage your payroll including paying employees, lodging single touch payroll and tracking payroll-related liabilities and expenses. Payroll plans are only available in Australia.

You can subscribe to an accounting plan, a payroll plan or both, or have your accountant or bookkeeper subscribe on your behalf.

Accounting plans

All Reckon One accounting plans allow you to:

  • enter payments and expenses
  • create budgets
  • track and report GST for BAS
  • generate reports.

Payroll plans

All Reckon One payroll plans include the ability to:

  • pay employees (with limits on the number of employees for some plans)
  • calculate superannuation
  • track leave and entitlements
  • manage single touch payroll (STP)
  • generate payroll reports.

All payroll plans include access to a payroll companion mobile app and Reckon Mate, our employee-facing mobile app.
