Why do I receive the Error Code -20 Printer not Activated in QuickBooks QBi 2009-10 in Windows 7 32-Bit?Answer
If you are receiving the following error message, you will need to run the program in compatibility mode for Windows XP.To do this,
- Right click on the QuickBooks QBi 2009/10 shortcut icon on the desktop, and select Properties
- Go to the Compatibility tab
- Tick the box Run this program in compatibility for and select Windows XP Service Pack 3
- Click Apply and OK
- Double click on the icon again to run QuickBooks
