User unable to pay bills in multi-user mode

Question

Why am I prevented from paying bills in Reckon Accounts.  There is a message that only one user at a time can pay bills.

 

Answer

In multi-user mode, Reckon Accounts will allow only one user at a time to make payments.  This is by design as the payment facility may need to call on other features that require exclusive use – such as online banking. 

 

Please Note:  If users have been assigned specific permissions, then only those users with permissions to Chequing and Credit Cards will be able to pay bills.
