Delete account - Reckon Invoice App


You can request to delete your Reckon account using the Invoice app.

When you request your account to be deleted it will delete your account for all Reckon products and your ability to log into Reckon Portal. Once completed this can not be reversed


Delete Account

  1. Select Manage
  2. Select Help & Support
  3. Select Delete account

  1. You will be shown a notice regarding your request to delete account

  1. Select Submit request
  2. Confirm you wish to request account deletion by selecting Submit

The Delete account will show that you have requested to delete your account and the date the request was submitted.

An email will be sent to the address associated with the Reckon account. You must respond to the email for the account deletion to be actioned by the Reckon team.
