Loyalty Tools in Reckon Cloud POS

 

Loyalty tools in Reckon Cloud POS can be setup and used to track and reward customer spending in your store. To access these tools you first need to log into your Reckon Cloud POS Management System. By default, they will be switched off. Select the toggle next to "Birthday", "Punch Card", and "Loyalty Discount" to activate them.

 

 

Under Birthday we have three types of reward. Free text, which allows you to type in your own reward. Discount, which allows you to apply a percentage discount. Specific item, which allows you to search your store for an item that can be given. Under "Valid For" you can choose for the reward to be available either: the day of their birthday, the week or the month.

 

 

The punch card feature doesn't actually require a physical card. You can digitally record each "punch" under each customer's name. You can pick the number of punches required (5 or 10), the requirements to obtain a punch and chose whether to show the punch card on the receipt or not. Under reward you can then pick the reward type (free text, discount or specific item), you can also set redeem terms.

 

 

Loyalty discounts are created and added manually. You can set up a staff discounts, VIP discounts or any thing else you require.

 

 

 

How Do I Add a Customer to a Sale?

 

You can add a customer to a sale directly from the Cash Register and selecting the customer tab. You can search for existing customers that you may have uploaded via the Management System. You can also add/create a customer on the fly by
