Customer details missing after exporting from payroll.

Question

Customer details missing after importing payroll data with customer jobs assigned. Whether importing using customers or jobs, the customer information gets lost. Note if importing a job, then both the customer and job information is lost.

Answer

Before importing the Payroll data, you will need to export your customer: job list. After importing the payroll data you will then need to import your customer: job list
