Printing sick accrual hours on payslips

Question

When I print off a payslip the sick hours do not show up even though the preferences allow me to tick the option to print this information, why?

Answer

To display sick accrual information a Pay Cheque must be printed.
The Printer Setup for Pay Cheques must be changed to Voucher. To do this;

1) Select File menu > Printer Setup.
2) Select 'Cheque/Pay Cheque' in the Form Name field.
3) Click the 'Voucher' radio button under Cheque Style.
4) Click 'Ok' to save changes.

The sick accrual hours will now appear.
