Question

Why aren't my items appearing in Job Profitability Detailed Report?

Answer

If you enter a Bill for Service or Non-inventory items, and assign them to a Customer job, they will show up in this report.

If you enter a Bill for inventory items and assign it to a Customer job (and even if you pay it), they do not show on the report.

Any time entered in Reckon Accounts (Single time Activity) assigned to the customer will not show on Job Profitability Detail report either. Only when you invoice for the inventory and time items do they show up.
