How do I Reconcile my 'superannuation' account? (it contains placeholders)

Answer

To Reconcile your superannuation account proceed with the following;

**When reconciling a superannuation account make sure it is cash-only

1. Go to your 'superannuation' account, click on the summary tab, and then select 'reconcile' this account from the 'Account Status' section.

2. Manually clear any 'Investment purchases or sales by ticking or unticking them in the reconcile window

3. You will need to manually reconcile any 'placeholder transactions' by ticking or unticking them in the reconcile window
