How to use the email history function

The Reckon email history function is crucial for you to see what you have sent out such as your Estimates, Bills, Payslips, Invoices and much more. It will allow you to keep track of emails that are sent and need to be sent out to clients in each section.

How to email history in Reckon One

In Reckon One, the usage of the email history will allow you to verify communication with clients on what has been sent to them and maintain an audit trail to keep a record has and has not been sent out and to whom as well.

  1. Top right of Reckon One, Click the mail icon
  2. It will display 4 categories, All, Processing, Sent, and Failed.
  3. You will see all emails that have been sent to clients
