After setting up my POS Retail Starter Kit some hardware won't work, who can help me?

Answer

Point 1 - Setting up the scanner
The scanner does not come set up for POS straight out of the box, however you only need to scan one barcode and it is ready to go. This barcode is in the QuickStart Guide provided with the software on page 9.

*Note - To test if the scanner is functioning correctly, open a word document for example Notepad.
Scan a barcode.

It should display: "~123456789 (barcode number)
If this is not shown, then the scanner has not been programmed correctly.
