How do I get my Datalogic QuickScan-i-QD21x0 R96-9399 scanner to work with Retail POS?

You need to configure the scanner for the requirements of Reckon POS by scanning the following barcodes:

1. Restore Custom Defaults:

2. Enter configuration:

3. Interface Selection:

(USB-KBD,Global Prefix: ~):

4. Exit configuration:

Check that your scanner returns the correct results!

1. Open Notebook:

Start > All Programs > Accessories > Notepad!

2. Scan a barcode.

3. View the results - must follow this format:
