Date Warning Preference cannot be turned off

Question

Why do users still get the reminder message that the transaction is more than 90 days old after this preference has been turned off?

Answer

When the Admin User turns off the preference for Date Warnings, the change is experienced by the Admin User but not by other users.  Even if the number of days is changed to a number greater than 90, the message will display at 90 days.

There is no workaround.
