How do I change my Reckon Accounts Hosted login password?

Answer

You can change your Reckon Accounts Hosted password through the Manage Your Account facility.

  1. Go to the login page at: https://hosted.reckon.com/RAHV2/ReckonAccountsLogon.aspx
  2. Click on Control Panel.
  3. Go to Manage Users.
  4. Click on the relevant UserID.
  5. In the User Details sections, tick the box Change Password.
  6. Enter your new password, retype it and click Update.
    Your new password must be at least 7 characters long (or longer), have one capital letter, one number, and one special character to be considered a valid password.
  7. Password changed should appear to confirm the change.
  8. Click on Dashboard at the top right of the screen to exit Manage Your Account.

Solution 2:

If you cannot login to Hosted to access the control panel, you can use the Forgot password feature:

  1. Go to https://hosted.reckon.com/RAHV2/ReckonAccountsLogon.aspx
  2. Click on Forgotten password > .
  3. Enter in your Hosted Username. This will send an email registered to that username/user ID.
  4. The email contains a link you can use to take you to the Reset your password area.
  5. Enter in your new password.
    Your new password must be at least 7 characters long (or longer), have one capital letter, one number, and one special character to be considered a valid password.
  6. After you have entered it in, re-key it into the second box, and click Save new password.
