No beep sound when recording a transaction in Reckon Accounts Hosted

Question

I have selected the preference to play a beep when a transaction is entered, so why don’t I hear a sound when using Reckon Accounts Hosted?

Answer

Sounds can only be played on a sound system on the same PC that is running Reckon Accounts.

With Hosted, the PC is a remote PC and the sound cannot be transmitted to the users local PC.
