Screens supported in Dual Monitor view in the New Accounts Hosted Platform Experience
About Dual Monitor
The Dual Monitor tool provides enhanced flexibility for managing external windows alongside Reckon Accounts Hosted. These features enable users to resize, switch, and organise windows efficiently for a more streamlined workflow.
The Dual Monitor tool opens a separate browser window, allowing external windows to be dragged and positioned next to your Company File. This is useful for viewing multiple references simultaneously. Disabling this tool returns the display to the main window.
This is similar behaviour in a Desktop environment. Also, keep in mind that the additional browser window opened by the Dual Monitor tool will not dock as a tab.
Screens available with Dual Monitor view
Reckon Accounts Hosted can be moved to the secondary window. Additionally, refer to the table below for other supported windows.
