Bank Feed Management screen is missing some bank feed connections.

Question

Why are some of my bank feeds not showing on the Bank Feed Management screen?  My bankfeeds updated properly the other day.

Answer

There is a temporary issue on the Yodlee network.

This will resolve itself within a short space of time.

(Reckon One users will notice that on the Bank connections screen, the Bank column will refer to Yodlee-Bank and Yodlee-Credit Card and not the name of the financial institution.)

Reckon apologises for the inconvenience this temporary issue is causing you.

 

Workaround

Try again an hour or two later.
