Unable to access Employee Organiser options in Reckon Accounts

Question

Why do I get the message:  "You cannot access this feature while one or more payroll related tasks are running. Please, close those tasks first." When I try to select an option from the Employee Organiser?

Answer

Close Reckon accounts and open it again.  The message should not come up again.
