Investment Accounts no longer added to List in alphabetical order

Legacy KB ID: 5558

Question

Why are new Investment Accounts no longer added to the Accounts List in alphabetical order?

Answer

Go to Investing > Portfolio tab> Customise View and click on Reset View

The Issue

Reckon Accounts Personal is configured to resort the Accounts list in alphabetical order when a new account is added.  This feature will only work while the user does not resort the list manually at any time.   From that point on new Accounts will be added to the end of the list as they are added.

Workaround

1.       Go to the Investing Centre

2.       Click on the Portfolio tab

3.       Click on the Customise View button

4.       At the bottom of the screen, click on Reset View

5.       Click OK to save.

Your Account list will be resorted into alphabetical order.
