Tax Code Exception report shows invoices which include Tax codes

Question

Why does the Tax Code Exception Report show invoices that have tax codes attached?

Answer

This issue will encounter when displaying the Tax Code Exception Report on a Cash Basis and affects inventory items. 

Workaround

Display the report on an Accrual basis.
