Reckon Accounts Hosted Connection Failed Error

Question

I am able to log into my Reckon Accounts Hosted account, however after I click "Launch Accounts" I get the error "Connection Failed". How can I fix this?

We have found users that currently have the anti-virus software Kaspersky Total Security installed is blocking the connection to Reckon Accounts Hosted. Please see below steps to follow to allow Reckon Accounts Hosted as a trusted URL.

Please click here to follow instructions from Kaspersky starting underneath the heading "How to exclude a link from the scan scope in Kaspersky Internet Security".

The URLs which will need to be excluded are below:

Hosted continually disconnects after 20 mins operation

Customers receiving emails from accountshosted@reckon.com and not from my email address.
