Laybys created in a previous version of POS do not show on outstanding layby report

Question

Why don't my laybys created in a previous version of POS show on the outstanding layby report?

Answer

If you create a new layby in POS v6 the Outstanding Layby report will show the new laybys but the old laybys will not display. Also on the Layby Payments report, it only shows payments that have been made since the upgrade to v6.

Laybys created in v5 display on the list of layby customers but when you print the Outstanding Layby customers report, no customer is found.
The only report found to be working is the New Laybys report which lists all customers on the list.

All layby customers entered and all payments made in v6 show up without any problems.

To resolve this problem and make the old layby's appear;
1) Refund the layby in POS as per the user guide.
2) Re-enter the layby in the same way a regular layby is entered.
