Reckon Accounts Hosted: User ID not accepted when logging in

Legacy KB ID: 5158

Question

When logging in for the first time, I am asked to create a Username.

When I use the User ID I used to login on the first screen I get a message that it is invalid, and I cannot proceed.

Answer

When first logging into Reckon Accounts Hosted with your User ID, you will be prompted to create a Username.

You will be prompted to create one, and it must be a unique username.

When you have created your unique username, you will login with that username from then on in.

Your User ID will still be used for sign-on in Hosted BankData Fastcoding for setup, otherwise, you should use your unique username.
