BAS Lodgement form is blank after upgrading

Question

Why doesn’t Account Business remember my BAS Lodgement Form settings on an upgrade to a new version?

Answer

Open your last saved BAS Lodgement and reconfigure for the current reporting period.

 

The Issue

When you upgrade to a new version of Accounts Business you get a new set of default form formats, including a new BAS Lodgement Form.  It will not have your configurations from your last use.

 

Workaround

To get your last configuration open your last saved BAS Lodgement Form:

1.    At the bottom of the BAS Lodgement Form click on the Open button;

2.    Select your last saved BAS;

3.    Click on Config button to set the date range for your current reporting period

 

Hosted users should save their BAS Lodgement Forms to either their B drive or shared folder.
