Accruing Leave.

Question

How do I prevent leave from accruing when an employee is on leave?

Answer

In the Preview Payment window tick 'Do not accrue time'. This will prevent leave from accruing for this pay run.

If leave needs to be accrued for days worked during this pay period process two separate pay runs for the employee and untick the 'Do not accrue time' box for the worked hours pay run.
