Create a Reckon account

Learn how to create a Reckon account for accessing, Reckon One, CloudPOS, GovConnect and Insights.

If you have already subscribed to a mobile plan, you automatically receive access to Reckon One and do not need to create a new Reckon account. Simply sign in to portal.reckon.com with your Reckon email/username and password to get started.

 Create an account

  1. Go to Reckon Customer Portal
  2. In the sign in screen, select Create a new account.

  1. There are 2 options to use to create an account. You can enter your contact details to create a new username and password for your account, or you can use single sign-on to use your Gmail or Microsoft login details.
If you plan to use our mobile apps (available as part of our Reckon One plans), do not use single sign-on. Create a username and password for your account instead.

Create a new username and password

  1. Enter your contact details, then select Continue.
  2. You will receive an email from Reckon asking you to verify your email address. Select the Verify email address button in the email. This will take you to the sign in screen again.
  3. Sign in to your Reckon account.
  4. You will be in the Reckon subscriptions and billing space, where you can purchase a Reckon One subscription and access Reckon GovConnect and other products.

Use single sign-on (SSO)

If you plan to use our mobile apps (available as part of our Reckon One plans), do not use single sign-on. Create a username and password for your account instead.
  1. Click either Continue with Google/Microsoft
  2. Enter your account login details
  3. You will now be automatically logged in

Sign in to your account 

  1. Go to Reckon Customer Portal
  2. To sign in, use the same method you used to create your account. If you created a username and password, enter these details. If you used single sign-on (SSO), select the relevant option (Continue with Microsoft or Continue with Google).
 Only use single sign-on (SSO) if that's how you created your account originally. If you have a Gmail or Microsoft login and did not use this to create your Reckon account, it won't work to sign in.

 

Sign out of your account

Sign out from the subscriptions and billing space

To sign out of your Reckon account from the subscriptions and billing space, select the arrow icon in the top right of your screen.

Sign out from Reckon One

To sign out from Reckon One, select the Settings menu (cog icon) in the top right corner, then select Sign out.
