Unrealized (Exchange Rate) Gain & Loss Report does not refresh in Reckon Accounts 2023

Question
I have altered an exchange rate on a multi-currency bill to match the exchange rate on the bill payment, but the Unrealized Gain & Loss Report still shows the same loss on the transaction. Why? Even clicking on the Refresh button does not change the amount.

Workaround
Refresh the Bill Payment form.
1. Open the Bill Payment form.
2. Enter a full stop in the Memo field.
3. Click Save & Close
4. Open the Unrealized Gain & Loss Report. The transaction will no longer be listed.
