QuickBooks has encountered a problem and needs to close after opening the Supplier Centre

Question

Why does QuickBooks close after I enter a Bill then go to the Supplier Centre?

Answer

This problem may occur if your screen resolution is set higher than the one QuickBooks has been optimized (1024 x 768).

 

Workaround

Lower your screen resolution towards the optimized setting of 1024 x 768.

1.    Control Panel > Display > Adjust resolution;

2.    In the Resolution box, select a setting lower than showing – optimal is 1024 x 768;

3.    Click OK to close.
