Settings made from a Reckon Insights Template are not being saved

ISSUE

Settings are not being retained when saving the changes directly from any of the Insights Template using the Save > Save As option from the cogs' menu icon.

SOLUTION

EXAMPLE

1. From the Home page, select the Accounts Receivable (Customers) template
2. Go to Reports > Sales by Customer
3. The following was updated on the Template:
   1. Book Name
   2. Transaction Type

1. Click on Explore from Here – all your setting changes are retained

   

1. Now, click on the cogs' menu icon and select Save > As a Look

1. Select the Folder location to store your report then, enter the Title, Description
2. Save the report
