Why do I get the error: 'QBW32.exe has performed Invalid Page Fault in spool32.dll' when I try to print a form or a report?
Answer
This can occur when your internal printer drivers have been corrupted.
To correct this issue, do the following steps.
1. Close Reckon Accounts program down.
2. To fix this error you need to delete qbprint.qbp and wpr.ini then reboot your computer.
The two files you need to delete will be in the same folder that Reckon Accounts is installed in. If you are not sure where Reckon Accounts is installed, you can do a find for the files in Windows by going through the Windows Start Button and selecting Find then Files or Folders.
3. Open the Reckon Accounts program and the printer settings should be available.
