Can't save changes when editing a bank account, I don't have exclusive use?

Question

Why cant I save changes in a bank account, Reckon says I don't have exclusive use?

Answer

This is a feature to prevent data errors/corruption. To safely update the bank account, please follow the steps provided below.

  1. When the message about acquiring exclusive use appears select 'YES'
  2. Select 'YES' again to save the changes
  3. Go back to edit this account and change the account number and select 'OK' to save the changes
