Unable to print from Chrome on Reckon Accounts Hosted.

Question

Why is the printing from Reckon Accounts Hosted not working on chrome?  Clicking on Print does not start print or give any error message.

Answer

We did a major update on Reckon Accounts hosted infrastructure on Mid-January 2018. After this update, some users might face this issue where they are unable to print anything from Reckon Accounts Hosted using Chrome.

Who does this apply to?

This issue affects some Reckon Accounts Hosted users using Google Chrome as their browsers.

Please note this is not a widespread issue and only affects some users.

Solution:

Please log out from Reckon Accounts hosted and Reset the Chrome settings. https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/3296214?hl=en

1. On your computer, open Chrome.

2. At the top right, click More Customise and Control Google Chrome> Settings.

3. At the bottom, click advanced.

4. Under the section "Reset," click Reset.

5. Confirm by clicking reset.
