Question

Why do I get these errors when I try to repair my Reckon Accounts installation?

Answer

Please insert the disk: Reckon Accounts installation CD

Or

Problem: Reckon Accounts cannot complete the reconfiguration process. This may be because there wasn't sufficient disk space available to install all the required files during installation.

Solution: Insert the Reckon Accounts CD into the CD drive, and then click OK to run the installer and complete the reconfiguration process. If Auto Run is enabled on your computer, the Reckon Accounts Installation Wizard will begin automatically; click Cancel to exit that program. Alternatively, you can try to free up space on your computer. To do so, click Cancel to exit this program, free up 1.5 GB of space on your hard drive. Then reinstall Reckon Accounts from the CD.

Answer
