The Financial Institution list is empty when I use the setup new account wizard

Why does the 'Financial Institution' drop down list empty when I use the 'setup new account wizard'?
Answer
If you try to type in an account that does not already exist in the list and then change what you have typed in by deleting the text using the delete button the list will not show again.
Cancel and Restart the New account wizard and the list will be available again.
