Find the email address linked to your user ID

If you need to retrieve the email address linked to Reckon Accounts Hosted User IDs;

1. Log into the Reckon Accounts Hosted Platform
2. Open the Reckon Accounts Hosted Control Panel.

   

3. Click on Manage Users (Add product / service).
4. Click on the UserID for the user whose email you require.
