Email Report


Overview

The Email Report is a report that shows you all the emails you have sent out of Reckon Accounts Hosted and whether they were able to be delivered.

The Email Report can be accessed via the View Email Report link on the DashBoard.

The Report can be Filtered for a specific date range, To Address or Result (Bounced, Successful etc).

We only keep a limited history of email results, currently set for 6 months, if you create the report for a date range over six months in the past, and emails sent over 6 months ago will show a result of Unavailable.
This only applies from date of release in November 2020, all emails sent earlier than this will show a result of Unavailable

The data can also be sorted by any of the Columns available in the report.

Each email address in the To & CC fields on the email will be displayed as a separate row on the report

Result Types

The below Result Types can appear next to your email.

Result

Reason

Delivered

The email was successfully delivered to the recipient.

Bounce

The email was unable to be delivered. The reason for the bounce will appear in the Result Message column.

Complaint

The email was unable to be delivered. The reason will appear in the Result Message column.

Pending

The email has been sent, however confirmation that it was delivered successfully hasn’t been received as yet. An email can remain 'Pending' for up to 24 hours.

Unavailable

The email result is unavailable. The Email report will display emails up to 6 months old (or the 17th November 2020), anything prior to this date will be returned as 'Unavailable'.
